You’ve priced out the license. Now find out what you can raise.

A soft credit check and 24 hours, and you’ll have a written number: how much 0% capital your file supports right now, with no clients and no revenue. It costs nothing and it doesn’t touch your score.

No fee to apply. Nothing hits your credit today.

Where this usually stalls

A home care nurse in scrubs, sitting with an older woman in warm daylight.

You’ve read the HHSC checklist enough times to recite it.

The entity, the administrator, the insurance, the bond, the location. You know what every line costs. You’ve added it up more than once, at a kitchen table, after a shift.

Your bank knows you and still said no.

Nine years of direct deposit and they told you to come back when the business has history. Nobody explained how a business is supposed to get history before it opens.

The money that moves fast wants a percentage of everything.

Daily payments pulled out of an account that isn’t taking anything in yet. You’ve seen those offers. You were right to close the tab.

One page, your numbers

Built from your real credit file. Not a brochure.

The amount.

What your file supports across 0% accounts today, and how many accounts it takes to get there.

The dates.

When each 0% period ends, by calendar month.

The gap.

What you’d qualify for now, against what you’d qualify for with your balances under 45%.

How it works

Step one

Fifteen minutes on the phone.

Where you are with the license, what you still need, and how you’re covering yourself while you get there.

Step two

A soft credit check.

The same kind you’d run on yourself. No applications, no social security number, no impact on your score.

Step three

Your number, in writing, in 24 hours.

Then it’s yours to do something with. Or not.

The payroll gap

Two numbers decide whether your agency survives its first quarter: what you have to spend before anyone pays you, and what you can actually raise to cover it. Most owners have never written either one down.

Numbers below are prefilled with a typical DFW startup so you can see how it works. Change them to yours.

What your launch costs

Wages start in week one. Your first Medicaid managed care payment lands after PEMS enrollment, plan credentialing and EVV onboarding all finish.

What your file can raise

Underwriting looks at you, not at a four-month-old agency with no bank statements. Your credit profile and your documented income are what qualify.

Typical 0% capacity for profiles like this $55,000 to $85,000

Roughly 6 accounts, each with its own 0% window. Windows currently run up to about 21 months and the exact close date is set per offer.

This is what profiles like yours typically support. It is an estimate built on training and industry figures, not an offer, an approval, or a quote. Your actual number depends on your real file, which takes a soft pull and 24 hours.

It covers, with room

You need $30,994, and a profile like this typically raises $55,000 to $85,000 at 0%. The question stops being whether you can fund the launch and becomes what the balance costs you in month 14, which is a date you can already put on a calendar.

Soft pull, no score impact. A written number inside 24 hours, with the month each 0% window closes. You pay nothing unless it funds.

Why the bank cannot help here

A four-month-old agency with no revenue does not underwrite. No line of credit, no term loan, no merchant advance. And since March 1, 2026, no SBA loan at all if you are a green card holder, because SBA now requires 100% ownership by U.S. citizens or nationals.

What is left is your own file, which is why the second panel asks about you rather than about the business.

If the number is short

Utilization is the most common reason a good file underperforms, and it is usually a 30 to 60 day fix rather than a year. Recent new accounts are a waiting problem. Neither one is a no, and both are worth knowing before you apply to anything.

Tell us where you are and we will tell you which one it is, along with what the file is worth after the fix.

Straight answers

No. A soft inquiry is invisible to lenders and doesn’t move your score. A hard pull only happens if you decide to go forward on a specific offer, and that’s your call to make.

Nothing to apply, nothing for the number, and nothing if you aren’t funded. If you accept an offer and it funds, we invoice a one-time success fee of 9% of the funded amount, capped at $25,000, after the money is in your account. It isn’t taken out of your proceeds.

No, and you shouldn’t. Lenders need your W-2 income to approve any of this. The whole approach is built around you keeping your shifts while the agency gets off the ground.

Yours. At this stage there’s no business for a lender to underwrite, so these are accounts you’re personally responsible for. We’ll show you the monthly carry before you decide anything.

We’ll tell you on the call instead of running applications to find out. A gap is usually specific and fixable, and you’ll hear what it is and roughly how long it takes.
